Camp days are dynamic and full of a range of mixed arts, science, and technology activities with outdoor time and team building exercises. Kids at The Cube experience a wide range of activities and disciplines that are delivered in a fun, responsive environment that encourages learning and curiosity!
This year, we will also be holding one of our March Break camps at the Brick Works! Built in 1889, the Brick Works is a former quarry and industrial site located in the Don River Valley. Since the closure of the original factory, the Brick Works has been converted into a city park and environmentally focused cultural centre by Evergreen, a national charity dedicated to restoring nature in urban environments!
Camp activities can include, but are not limited to:
Modding Minecraft and Roblox using Code Kingdoms.
Creating and producing stop motion films.
Building a S.T.E.A.M craft and conducting cool experiments during classroom activities.
Most importantly, a fun-filled camp experience!
Detailed camp notices will be emailed a few weeks before camp starts!
Camp runs from 9:00 AM to 3:45 PM.
The Cube provides pizza lunch on Fridays! Each camper gets two slices of pizza and a juice box. Please send campers with nut-free lunches for all other camp days.
Extended Care runs from 8:20 to 9:00 AM and 3:45 to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Extended Care will be available at The Cube as well as at The Brick Works! The fee is $75 + HST for the full 5-day week, which can be paid online or by cheque/cash on the first day of camp.
