KIDS (Grades 4 to 6)

Students will learn how to use Unity3D, a video game engine that is game industry standard!

Students are introduced to Unity,  a physics based engine which allows you to use the Unity Asset Store to add objects and create mobility with special effects! The Cube provides software and computers, students are strongly encouraged to bring a USB to save their project work.

Please note, classes do not run on the following dates:
Saturday, February 17 / Family Weekend
March 12 to March 17 / March Break
Saturday, March 31 / Easter Weekend
Saturday, May 19 / Victoria Day

INTRO TO VIDEO GAME DESIGN

Students learn to create a simple video game in Unity where the basics of game objects, scripting and manipulation of in game components is taught using introductory video game design principles
Course includes 10 classes.

Optional trial class is available on the first day of class for new students.

VIDEO GAME PROJECT

Students focus on developing a fully fledged game in Unity with instructor supervision. Students must have completed at least one video game course in Unity to enroll in this project-based course. Course includes 10 classes.

March 10 to June 2
Saturdays 1:00 to 2:15 PM
