TEEN Weekend Coding (GRADES 7+)

Teens learn how to use Python, a scripting language that is a great building block and foundation for programming! 

Students will work in a fun filled environment with in class debugging exercises and mini game quizzes used to test their understanding and knowledge of coding concepts and logical thinking.

Course includes 10 classes | $270 + HST

Python is an easy to learn programming language. Students will be introduced to Python by creating an interactive text-based game from scratch! This course is good for beginners as well as teens that want to continue reviewing their current coding knowledge

January 12 to March 30
Saturdays 2:15 to 3:15 PM

Course includes 10 classes | $270 + HST

Students focus on python projects that include “graphical elements” and delve into more complex mini programs that will set up the building blocks towards creating a classic video game in a graphical format.

It is recommended that students interested in this course have taken an introductory level python course before.


2 SESSIONS for $500 + HST

Please note, classes do not run on the following dates:

December 17 - January 1 / Winter Holidays
January 2 - January 4 / Winter Camp
Saturday, February 16 / Family Day Weekend

Regular classes resume after the winter holidays on Monday, January 7, 2019.
